Dr. Joshua C. Francis is an experienced higher education administrator and teacher educator. He has experience restructuring the curriculum and assessment systems in teacher education programs to provide students a more clinical approach to developing their skill and knowledge. As a higher education administrator, Dr. Francis has extensive experience in both regional and specialized accreditation, program review and assessment, and leading educational units that focus on serving underprepared students. He continues to research and develop his knowledge and practice as it relates to accreditation, educational policy, sociological issues in education, and methods for educating at-risk and marginalized populations.
